Since more than 20 years, Chef Otmar takes care of the culinary well-being of our guests. After graduating from cooking school in Bressanone, he worked in several top establishments in South Tyrol, to learn to put his curricular knowledge into practice and to develop further. Also in recent years, he has repeatedly attended courses and trainings – in order to always be on top of things. He particularly likes to try out new sauces and soups – personal creations with no recipes. In the cooking classes – which are regularly organized for our guests and very popular – he reveals valuable tips and tricks for “housewives” and ever more “housemen”.
