Foodies will be overjoyed in our gourmet hotel Tirolerhof in South Tyrol. Since many years, Otmar – the host and the kitchen chef – delights our guests with his wonderful dishes. For him, the quality and freshness of the products play a major role. Aromatic herbs and a variety of vegetables from our garden, milk and meat products, as well as fruit from local farmers: Everything is freshly prepared and served – for pure indulgence. Otmar takes great care to create balanced, light and – if possible – low-carb menus, which our guests greatly appreciated. We don’t eat simply to “fill up our stomachs” – At the Tirolerhof, eating is a culinary pleasure and joy, indulging in local delicacies in a pleasant and modern setting.
The Alpine-Mediterranean diversity of the South Tyrolean cuisine reigns in our kitchen, and combines the best of two worlds: Italian classics, such as risotto and pasta, alternate with hearty South Tyrolean dishes, such as dumplings or “Kaiserschmarrn” (sweet cut-up pancakes). And that’s what makes the South Tyrolean cuisine so truly special!
